Steps for your new home!
Your new home is one of the biggest investments you'll ever make. It's our job is to make the construction process a pleasant and enjoyable experience.
Step Two - Find Land
Next you'll need to decide on the location to build on. We can help you find a lot or build on land you already own.
These first two steps to new-home construction may be reversed.
Step Three - Paperwork and Proposal
When we have a good idea what you want in your new home, we will give you a price proposal. We'll sign the contract and outline specifications. You will need a 5 to 10 percent down payment.
Step Four - Financing
If you want to buy the land, we can help you find excellent rates and terms. Or we can take care of it and sell you the home after it’s completed.
Step Five - Permits
The permit process can take minutes or weeks depending on the rules where the home will be built. After we get the permits, we can actually begin construction. This part is entirely handled by our staff.
Step Six - Building the Home & Completion
This is the best part! When the house is complete, we will tour it with you to assure your satisfaction and answer any questions you may have, settle up financially, and give you the keys. Your brand-new home will be given to you in “move-in” condition.
